Using a qualitative method with a case study approach, this study analyzes the financial impact of high Dui Pappenre values on the economic stability of men's families and the financial management strategies of young couples after marriage. The results show that high Dui Pappenre values impose a significant financial burden, causing decreased liquidity, increased debt, and reduced family investment capacity. Young couples implement financial management strategies, including detailed budgeting, spending priorities, systematic debt repayment efforts, and improving financial literacy. This study emphasizes the importance of a balance between preserving cultural traditions and family economic well-being and recommends constructive dialogue to adjust Dui Pappenre values to be more realistic with current economic conditions
2024-10-02T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2024 Amsir Management Journalhttps://journal.stieamsir.ac.id/index.php/amj/article/view/577Modernization and Transformation Perception as well as Practice Dui Pappenre: Challenges for Human Resource Management in Society Bugis Contemporary2025-02-07T23:11:30+07:00Ruslan Abdullahandiruslanandullah@gmail.comHartati Hartatihartati.asm@gmail.comArfandi Dinsarfandy.dinsar@gmail.comBasri Moddingbasri.modding@amsir.ac.id
This study examines the transformation of Dui Pappenre's perceptions and practices in the context of the modernization of contemporary Bugis society and its implications for human resource (HR) management. Using a qualitative method with a case study approach, this study explores how the Dui Pappenre tradition affects the productivity, career development, and welfare of the young generation of Bugis in the world of work. The study results show that the financial stress caused by Dui Pappenre can reduce work motivation, productivity, and work quality, as well as affect career decisions and stress levels. To address these challenges, a comprehensive approach to HR management is needed, including financial aid programs, flexible policies, and creating an inclusive organizational culture. The study concludes that integrating Dui Pappenre's understanding of cultural practices into HR policies can help individuals manage financial challenges while maintaining productivity and well-being, as well as creating a more harmonious and effective work environment.
2024-10-05T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2024 Amsir Management Journalhttps://journal.stieamsir.ac.id/index.php/amj/article/view/222Strategi Kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah dalam Era Digital: Meningkatkan Kinerja Pendidik dan Prestasi Siswa2025-02-07T23:11:30+07:00Nani Asyafi'iyahnaniaa2990@gmail.comIrawati Nurirawatinur77@gmail.com
This study examines the role of madrasah heads in improving teacher performance at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah PSM Jerukgulung using a qualitative approach. The study explores how the four perspectives of the Balanced Scorecard (finance, customers/stakeholders, internal business processes, and learning and growth) can be tailored to the unique characteristics of geological exploration projects. The results show that the Balanced Scorecard, when appropriately adjusted, can be an effective tool for comprehensively evaluating performance, managing risk, and aligning short-term goals with long-term strategies. Although its implementation faces challenges, especially in determining the appropriate metrics, the Balanced Scorecard has proven to help companies manage the complexity and uncertainty inherent in geological exploration projects, while still considering long-term sustainability aspects.
2024-10-30T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2024 Amsir Management Journalhttps://journal.stieamsir.ac.id/index.php/amj/article/view/649Social Media Marketing, Brand Loyalty, and Entrepreneurial Growth: A Path toward Sustainable Business Advantage2025-10-25T15:46:12+07:00Pandi Putrapandiamsir@gmail.comArfandi Dinsarfandy.dinsar@gmail.comNurul Najwa Binti Normazinurulnajwa@gmail.comAndi Alfianto Anugrah Ilahialfianto@gmail.comFahmi Faturahmanfahmi@gmail.com
This study examines how social media marketing influences business sustainability through the mediating role of brand loyalty among micro, small, and medium enterprises in the trade sector. Academically, it advances marketing and entrepreneurship theory by integrating the Resource-Based View, Customer-Based Brand Equity, and Triple Bottom Line frameworks to explain how digital capabilities transform into sustainable competitive advantage. Using data from 200 respondents analyzed with Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling, the findings confirm that effective social media engagement enhances customer loyalty, which in turn drives sustainable business performance. The study reveals that digital marketing success is rooted in trust-based relationships rather than short-term promotion, emphasizing that relational value mediates technological advantage. These insights provide practical implications for MSME owners and policymakers to strengthen digital literacy, relational marketing, and sustainability-oriented strategies to ensure long-term business resilience in the evolving digital economy.
2025-10-16T16:27:35+07:00Copyright (c) 2025 Amsir Management Journal
